To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Location: Live within the area we serve.
- Experience: Have years of paid experience as a handyman.
- Tool Proficiency: Be familiar with hand and power tools.
- Driving Requirements: Be insurable for driving our vehicles and pass a background and driving record check.
- Physical Requirements: Be able to lift 50 pounds independently and work safely at heights and overhead for extended periods.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and the upkeep of the company-provided vehicle.
We are looking for an experienced handyman with strong proficiency in at least three (3) of the following areas:
- Carpentry
- Bathroom improvements
- Kitchen improvements
- Interior and exterior painting
- Drywall work (minor and major repairs)
- General plumbing and electrical (where allowed by law)
- Floor installation and refurbishing
- Familiarity with building codes
- Fencing
We value your skills and experience. The starting pay range for this position is $18-$30 per hour, depending on your expertise in areas such as drywall finishing, carpentry, remodeling, tile/flooring, and light plumbing & electrical work.

Your Role as a Service Pro Technician
As a Service Pro Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintenance & Repairs: Handling small to medium commercial maintenance and repair projects with project length ranging from two hours to five days.
- Customer Interaction: Communicating effectively with customers to help them understand their needs and managing their expectations regarding the scope of work.
- Building Relationships: Delivering outstanding service that turns customers into life-long clients.
